🤬 Outbound and Inbound are suffering
We need a new GTM strategy.
We need a strategy suited for the "Who" economy, where buyers aren’t asking, "how can I solve X", but, "who can I trust to help me solve X".
But it has to be a motion that sellers and marketers and RevOp and GTM leaders can understand.
It has to work within existing workflows, using existing tools, and fitting in to existing concepts and frameworks.
It’s called Nearbound.
At the core, it’s simple. Connect with those your buyer already trusts for the 3 ’I’s:
Intel
Intros
Influence
But HOW you do this is everything.
You can’t ask sellers to spend all day meeting with people buyers trust and managing partnerships with them.
Sellers have to spend all day with buyers.
You can’t ask them to disrupt their flow and exit the CRM and Slack, where they manage their work so they can log on to new tools and learn new processes.
They have quota to hit and calls to run.
Nearbound has to be brought to them.
It has to be layered into their existing motions and baked into their existing tools.
Start by working with the people your customers already trust; that’s Nearbound at work.
💪 Strengthen your partnership foundation

📈 Level up your events strategy
Here’s the path to killer events 👇
1) Partner Up.
🤝 The simplest way to 2x your budget, resources, and audience.
2) 🛑 STOP Product Pitching.
People want solutions to their problems. They don’t want to be pitch-slapped!
3) Make the event an experience. 🤩
Are you engaging your audience? Do you have a compelling CTA? Are there moments for them to participate?
4) Lead with value. 💸
Worry about outcomes later.
