📏 Measure what matters
Are you able to measure essential outcomes from your Partner Enablement?
Three key metrics to any learning and readiness program are:
Learner Engagement:
Time spent in a learning activity, assessment results, reflection, and post-learning surveys.
Knowledge Retention:
Can the learner retrieve the information 10 minutes, 10 hours, 10 days after they’ve learned it?
Behavioral Change:
Is the learning opportunity driving meaningful change in other business metrics?
Revenue.
Lead Gen.
Partner Engagement.
Have you defined the essential outcomes?
Is partner awareness enough?
Are partners an essential part of the sales process?
Does everyone know the rules of engagement?
We need to think about fundamentally changing how all aspects of the business are engaging with partners.
A mass email with a one-pager, followed by a one-and-done lunch and learn isn’t enough.
